The problem. You already did the hard part. The CRM is clean. The processes are written down. The foundation is in place. Then the team grows, a workflow needs adjusting, a new integration comes up — and without someone who already knows how your business runs, every change starts with re-explaining it from scratch. Time-and-materials support is the highest-rate, least predictable way to handle that, for both sides.
The outcome. Enable stays involved after the build: monitoring what’s live, handling support on SLA-backed response times, refining what’s working, and planning what’s next. Predictable flat-rate spend. No reset cost. Clients describe the result in two words: peace of mind.
What Advance Continuous Is
Advance Continuous is Enable’s subscription program for Run work — the ongoing advisory, maintenance, monitoring, and support that keeps your Zoho environment healthy and improving. Every Continuous tier is a flat-rate monthly commitment: predictable spend, SLA-backed response, and access to Enable’s team without per-task billing. Build work (creating new deliverables) converts to Project Sprints at the Project rate and is budgeted separately.
The Three Tiers
Need a fully embedded Enable team?
Dedicated Project Manager, dedicated developer, quarterly business reviews — that’s Advance Embedded, available under our packaged programs in quarterly or monthly blocks. See the Advance Embedded program →
Every environment is different — your Continuous program should be too.
Continuous program configurations are published as operational baselines. Your exact plan is tailored to your ecosystem based on variables like required weekly admin hours, the complexity of connected applications, custom API volumes, and design requirements. Enable scopes your program during onboarding to provide a baseline custom configuration that maps to your needs.
Included Scoping & Planning
When you’re on an Advance Continuous program, scoping, planning, and consulting for upcoming Build work (Sprints) is included in the program fee — within calibration limits per tier. This means Enable already knows your system when your next Sprint begins: faster to start, cheaper to plan, higher quality output.
| Tier | Included Scoping & Planning |
|---|---|
| Orchestrated | Continuous architecture scoping across paired integrations and core workflow configurations |
| Advisory | Continuous planning and scoping loops for upcoming Sprints — no annual cap |
| Active | Scoping conducted within included weekly admin hours and scheduled sprint planning updates |

When None of the Tiers Fit — Advance Custom
Advance Custom — compose exactly the engagement you need
If none of the Continuous tiers match your situation, Advance Custom lets you compose exactly the engagement you need from our service catalog — at any time, including in the middle of an existing program. There are no tiers. You select the specific services, admin hours, and advisory depth your environment requires, and Enable scopes a flat-rate program around that. Common use cases: post-acquisition environments, PE portcos with non-standard stacks, or clients whose needs don’t map cleanly to a standard tier. Browse the service catalog →
System Architecture Audit — New Client Onboarding
Because Advance Continuous programs feature SLA-backed response commitments, Enable requires a one-time System Architecture Audit for all new clients entering directly without a preceding Standalone Project. We cannot responsibly assume operational liability for custom logic, workflow rules, or external API layers that our team did not engineer without conducting a comprehensive baseline discovery first. It’s waived when you arrive through a Standalone Project.
- Full Zoho instance configuration review (modules, fields, custom validation rules)
- Custom function inventory and Deluge code optimization audit
- Active blueprint validation and workflow automation conflict cross-check
- API integration map — health check on all connected webhooks and third-party systems
- Database integrity spot-check and master record health assessment
- Deliverable: Pristine System Architecture Summary reference document
- Deliverable: Prioritized Findings Report detailing immediate critical recommendations
All audits are fixed-price and confirmed explicitly after an initial scoping call. 100% due at onboarding kickoff with a standard 2–3 week delivery cycle.
Build Work Converts to Sprints
Advance Continuous covers Run work. Any scope that creates a new deliverable — a new module, integration, workflow, or application — is Build work and converts to a Project Sprint at $350/Unit. Continuous clients receive priority scheduling and streamlined scoping on Sprint work because Enable already knows their system.
Common Questions
Enable’s flat-rate subscription for Run work — ongoing advisory, maintenance, monitoring, ticket support, and light enhancements. Three tiers: Orchestrated (from $3,850/mo), Advisory (from $2,800/mo), and Active ($1,428/mo).
Project-by-project starts from a standing stop every time. Continuous reserves capacity up front — response time is contractual, and Enable already knows your environment.
It feels cheaper only in quiet months. You’re carrying unpriced risk with no response commitment. Continuous is a fixed quarterly number and a team that already owns the system.
No. Continuous covers Run. New deliverables convert to Project Sprints at $350/Unit, with priority scheduling and included scoping within your tier’s calibration limits.
Annual commitments billed quarterly in advance (standard). Annual prepay (~10% off) and monthly billing by exception are available — billing frequency doesn’t change the annual term.
